Import Export Executive

We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at at Sarathi International Inc. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department.

CTC -35K – 40K per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive - Documentation located in Bengaluru. The Import Export Executive will be responsible for Preparing Export Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, GSP, Documents For RODTEP Scheme, Bank Documents. OM Bills and communicating effectively within the department process. Pre-shipment & Post shipment documentations, Proforma Invoice preparations as per instructions.

• Strong knowledge of “export-import documentation” and procedures.

• Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
