Job Summary:

The Warehouse & Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination. The role ensures smooth supply chain operations, timely delivery, and accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations

• Maintain proper storage and handling of materials

• Track and maintain accurate inventory records

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation

• Plan and execute timely dispatches

• Coordinate with transporters and vendors

• Ensure materials are received as per Purchase Orders (PO)

• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery challans)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations

• Inventory management skills

• Good communication and coordination

• Advance knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems

• Problem-solving ability

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Inventory accuracy

• On-time dispatch rate

• Order fulfilment efficiency

• Reduction in stock discrepancies

• Vendor coordination effectiveness
