💰 Salary Range: 25K (per month)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare customer invoices accurately and timely in SAP / Tally / ERP system.
• Verify order details, delivery challans, and supporting documents before invoice generation.
• Maintain billing records and ensure data accuracy for audits and reporting.
• Reconcile billing data with dispatch, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Coordinate with customers for any billing-related queries or discrepancies.
• Prepare credit/debit notes as per approvals.
• Assist in month-end closing and revenue reporting.
• Support the accounts team with MIS and other reports as required.
