Job Title: Warehouse Assistant – Packing & Dispatch

Location: Jogeshwari East, Mumbai

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and well-organized Warehouse Assistant to manage daily packing, stock handling, order tracking and dispatch operations for our premium fabric business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily packing, checking, labelling and dispatching of fabric orders.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing fabric stock.

• Coordinate with embroidery factories and regularly follow up on pending orders, production status and dispatch dates.

• Track orders and ensure timely receipt of materials from factories.

• Verify fabric quality, quantity, colour and design numbers before packing and dispatch.

• Prepare packing lists, delivery challans and dispatch records.

• Coordinate with transporters and courier services for timely deliveries.

• Maintain proper records of pending, completed and dispatched orders.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and systematically arranged.

• Assist with other daily office and warehouse activities whenever required.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge and record-maintaining skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up independently.

• Must be punctual, responsible, honest and attentive to detail.

• Experience in textile, garment or warehouse operations preferred.

• Freshers willing to learn may also apply.
