Role Summary

We are looking for an MIS & Inventory Executive who can manage inventory planning, movement, replenishment, and reporting across MIJA's retail stores and online D2C business. The role requires someone who is strong with MIS, Excel and inventory data, and has hands-on experience managing inventory across multiple retail locations. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the right inventory is available at the right location and at the right time, while avoiding both overstocking and stock shortages. Experience with D2C order fulfilment and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain accurate MIS reports for inventory, stock movement, sales and fulfilment. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.

• Track SKU-wise stock across retail stores, warehouse and online inventory.

• Analyse sales and inventory data to identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving products.

• Maintain clean and accurate inventory data across systems. Highlight stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues proactively.

• Use inventory and sales data to support replenishment and production planning.

Inventory Management

• Manage and monitor inventory across multiple retail stores, warehouse and D2C channels.

• Coordinate stock movement and transfers between retail locations and online inventory.

• Maintain visibility of available, committed and required inventory.

• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

• Ensure inventory records match physical stock.

• Coordinate with relevant teams for stock corrections, transfers and availability.

Replenishment & Stock Planning

• Monitor store-wise and SKU-wise sales to determine replenishment requirements. Ensure fast-moving products are replenished on time.

• Help maintain the right stock levels so products are neither overproduced nor understocked.

• Recommend replenishment quantities based on sales velocity, available stock and demand.

• Coordinate with production / sourcing teams for inventory requirements.

• Identify products that require redistribution between locations instead of fresh production.

• Support demand and inventory planning for upcoming campaigns, launches and sales periods.

  D2C Fulfilment

• Coordinate fulfilment of online D2C orders from order receipt to dispatch.

• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and within defined timelines.

• Coordinate inventory allocation between online orders and retail stores.

• Monitor pending, delayed and unfulfilled orders.

• Work with the CRM / e-commerce team to resolve fulfilment-related issues.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Track shipments and help resolve delayed, RTO, lost or delivery-related cases. Coordinate with warehouse, retail store, production and other relevant operational staff.

• Maintain proper documentation for inventory movement and dispatches.

What We’re Looking For

· Good understanding of stock valuation methods and audit processes and shipping process

· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle confidential and high-value inventory responsibly.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, stock reports).

Educational Background:

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or relevant field.

Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
