Vendor Management Executive – Metal Scrap

Company: Krayvik

Location: Remote / Field (as required)

Krayvik is looking for a proactive Vendor Management Executive to build and manage our network of metal scrap dealers across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, negotiate, and onboard 25+ verified scrap dealers/vendors every month.

- Finalize competitive buying rates for ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap.

- Coordinate with factories, SMEs, and vendors to ensure timely scrap pickup.

- Close a minimum of 10 successful scrap pickup deals per month.

- Develop long-term relationships with dealers and expand Krayvik's vendor network.

- Ensure smooth documentation, pricing, and pickup coordination.

Requirements

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience in metal scrap, recycling, procurement, or vendor management preferred.

- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

- Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap categories is an advantage.

Performance Targets

- 25+ new vendor onboardings/month

- 10+ scrap pickup deals/month

- Competitive rate negotiation and seamless pickup execution
