🔥 Main Responsibilities (Key Points)

✅ 1. Vehicle & Dispatch Management

Daily planning of inbound/outbound dispatches

Route planning & cost control

GPS/TMS tracking of vehicles end-to-end

✅ 2. Vendor & Transporter Coordination

Vendor placement, sourcing & negotiations

Maintaining a strong PTL + FTL vendor base

Collecting & comparing vendor quotations

✅ 3. On-Ground Operations

Coordination with drivers, WH teams & customers

Ensuring on-time loading/unloading & TAT compliance

Handling permits, challans, e-way bills & documents

✅ 4. MIS, Reports & Billing

Daily MIS (mandatory)

Transport P&L: Center-wise & Client-wise

Data sharing with Accounts for billing

✅ 5. Business Growth & Solution Designing

Supporting Sales team with transport solutions

Making quotations/RFPs & attending client meetings

Designing transport costings & proposals

Minimum 30 new accounts per quarter (target)

✅ 6. Team Leadership

Building & motivating the transport team

Monitoring performance & ensuring continuity

Solving daily operational challenges

🎯 Key Requirements (Must-Have)

Graduate (Any stream)

3+ years transport/traffic experience (3PL preferred)

Strong knowledge: PTL, FTL, Vehicle Types, PAN India routes

Excellent in MIS, Excel, TMS, PPT & ERP

Must have own vehicle

Must be ready to travel PAN India anytime

Strong communication & crisis-handling skills
