We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Management Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate with drivers, monitor vehicle movement, and ensure smooth transportation operations. Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure the timely deployment of vehicles.Monitor vehicle movement, route schedules, and pickup timings.Coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to assigned routes and schedules.Track vehicle delays, breakdowns, and operational issues and take corrective action.Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve vehicle-related issues.Ensure regular vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.Maintain daily vehicle movement reports, delay reports, and breakdown records.Knowledge of vehicle tracking, driver management, and route planning.
