Transport Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to handle vehicle loading and dispatch operations at our warehouse in Supa. The role involves managing incoming trucks, ensuring proper loading of materials, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with drivers when trucks arrive at the warehouse

• Ensure proper and accurate loading of materials into vehicles

• Supervise loading staff/labour during operations

• Ensure vehicles are dispatched on time without delays

• Verify loading quantity as per dispatch requirements

• Maintain basic records of incoming and outgoing vehicles

• Ensure safety and proper handling during loading

• Coordinate with Warehouse team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/transport operations

• Basic understanding of loading and dispatch processes

• Good coordination and supervision skills

• Ability to handle labour and manage workflow

• Basic record-keeping knowledge

Preferred:

• Experience in warehouse dispatch/loading roles

• Candidates from nearby locations preferred

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
