Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Pimpri
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 CTC

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily workforce activities
Ensure proper allocation of manpower
Monitor productivity and maintain work quality
Handle attendance and basic documentation
Coordinate with management for operational requirements
Maintain discipline and safety at the workplace

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/record keeping
Ability to handle team and work under pressure
