R3 Naturals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, team performance, and customer service.

Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, or Store Operations are preferred. The candidate should have hands-on experience with inventory management software and be comfortable managing stock records and store-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using inventory software.

• Monitor stock inward, outward, transfers, and adjustments.

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain proper stock reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

• Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.

• Handle billing/POS and other store management systems, as required.

• Supervise, train, and manage store staff.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly store reports.

• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Store Management, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Retail, or similar operations.

• Any Graduate.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with inventory/store management software.

• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.

• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
