Job description:

A Store Helper/Worker at ARB Accessories Pvt Ltd (Noida) is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations. Key duties include receiving, organizing, labeling, and storing incoming shipments of EV/battery components, assisting with loading/unloading, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the storage area clean and organized. • Inventory Management: Efficiently arrange, stack, and organize products (e.g., lithium battery components, connectors) on shelves or in designated storage areas.

• Logistics Support: Assist with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Order Picking & Packing: Help in picking, packing, and preparing materials for daily orders.

• Stock Maintenance: Perform routine stock checks, ensure proper labeling, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse/store area.

• Quality Control Support: Assist in inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies. LinkedIn India +4

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse helper, store worker, or in similar roles is preferred, though not always required.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy items or bulk materials.

• Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Indeed +4
