Job Summary

Gravity Faucet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store Executive responsible for managing store operations, inventory accuracy, material movement, and implementing 5S practices from scratch across the store and warehouse. The candidate should be hands-on, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of creating an organized and systematic store environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. 5S Implementation – Primary Responsibility

 Implement 5S from scratch across the Store/Warehouse.

 Organize and categorize materials through Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain.

 Create proper rack identification, labeling, storage locations and visual management systems.

 Establish standard practices for material placement, movement and housekeeping.

 Conduct regular 5S audits and ensure continuous improvement.

 Maintain cleanliness, discipline, safety and proper utilization of warehouse space.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

 Maintain accurate physical and ERP stock records.

 Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

 Identify and report stock mismatches, excess, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

 Ensure proper FIFO and material traceability.

3. GRN & Material Handling

 Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice and delivery documents.

 Prepare/update GRN in ERP accurately and on time.

 Ensure timely and correct material issuance to Production.

 Maintain records of material receipt, issue, return, transfer and scrap.

4. ERP & Documentation

 Maintain real-time ERP updates for all store transactions.

 Ensure proper documentation and records for audit and compliance.

 Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts for material-related requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong practical knowledge of Store & Warehouse Operations.

 Proven understanding of 5S implementation and workplace organization.

 Good knowledge of Inventory Management, FIFO and Stock Reconciliation.

 Experience with ERP / Tally / SAP or similar software.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good coordination and communication skills.

 Ability to take ownership and implement systems independently from scratch.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Plastic, PTMT, Faucets, Sanitaryware, Hardware or Building Materials will be preferred.
