Job Title: Store Executive

• Experience: 2–5 Years in Manufacturing / Industrial Stores

• Salary – 25-30k

Job Summary

• The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations within the manufacturing facility.

• The role includes maintaining inventory accuracy, handling inward and outward material movement.

• Ensuring proper documentation.

• Supporting production requirements while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards relevant to biomedical equipment manufacturing.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in M.Com /B.Com/ Business Administration

• Diploma or certification in Material Management / Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations

• Experience with ERP / inventory software preferred

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and record the incoming material coming from vendor against the given PO.

• Maintaining the stock transfer and store transactions.

• Ensure proper storage and labelling of the material to prevent any damage and loss (Traceability of material).

• Issue material to the department as per authorized requisition note only.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for smooth material transfer flow.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports and production plan.

• Maintain Purchase Order traceability against bills and tax invoices.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
