Quality Inspector

• Perform visual inspection of forging and machining components to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Identify surface defects such as cracks, dents, burrs, and other irregularities.

• Verify dimensions, finish, and overall appearance as per specifications and drawings.

• Use inspection tools such as gauges, calipers, and measuring instruments when required.

• Record inspection results and maintain proper documentation.

• Report non-conforming parts to the concerned department for corrective action.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during inspection.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of forging and machining processes.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Attention to detail and strong observation skills.

• Familiarity with inspection tools and quality standards.

• Prior experience in quality inspection is preferred.
