Job Summary

Benir E Store Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely procurement of materials and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source products and obtain quotations from vendors.

• Compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchases as per company requirements.

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain vendor databases and develop new supplier relationships.

• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.

• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.

• Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.

• Prepare purchase reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple vendors.
