Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase executive to join our team at Agrim Tech trade Pvt Ltd. A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the company. The role involves vendor management, cost control, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards. This position offers 15000 to 20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors

• Obtain quotations and compare prices

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Prepare and process purchase orders

• Maintain procurement records and documentation

• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and production teams

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery

• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays or quality problems

• Maintain strong vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies

• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months to 4 years . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with Strong negotiation and communication skills , Knowledge of procurement and vendor management ,Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
