Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
Amazon PNQ3 is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team at Chakan, Pune. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following Amazon's safety standards. You will play an important role in ensuring timely customer deliveries and smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, sort, and dispatch customer orders accurately.

• Receive, unload, and store products in designated warehouse locations.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Check product quality before packing and dispatch.

• Label and organize goods properly for easy identification.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Support inventory counting and stock audits when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (All Streams)

• Age Limit: 18–35 Years

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic English reading and understanding is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and time management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move packages during the shift.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: ₹17,121

• Base Take-Home Salary: ₹15,921

• Attendance Incentive: ₹2,800

• Night Allowance: ₹115 per night

• Travelling Allowance: ₹80 per night shift day
