About the Role:

Kisan Connect is looking for responsible and hardworking Store Operators (Picker & Packer) to manage warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for picking products accurately from the inventory, packing orders properly, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from the warehouse as per order requirements

• Pack items carefully to ensure safe delivery

• Maintain accuracy while handling orders and inventory

• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing stock in the store

• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines

• Work efficiently to meet daily order targets

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,500 per month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month

• Total In-Hand Salary: ₹15,500

• Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,200

• ESIC Benefits

Work Schedule:

• 26 Working Days per Month

• Shift: 8 + 1 Hours

• Rotational Shifts

Eligibility:

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks

• Basic understanding of warehouse/store operations preferred

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
