Job Description: Blinkit Picker/Packer

Job Title: Picker/Packer Company: Blinkit Department: Warehouse / Dark Store Operations Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves according to customer orders received through the system.

• Check product names, quantities, expiry dates, and quality before packing.

• Pack items properly to prevent damage during delivery.

• Ensure accurate order picking and packing within the required time.

• Scan products using a handheld scanner or mobile application, as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products in the store.

• Inform the supervisor about damaged, missing, or out-of-stock products.

• Follow store safety, hygiene, and inventory management procedures.

• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure orders are handed over on time.

Required Skills

• Basic reading and counting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic smartphone or scanner handling skills.

• Teamwork and time management.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical work.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 10th pass is commonly accepted for such roles, depending on the employer's requirements.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic communication skills are preferred.
