We are hiring a dependable Refilling executives  to manage both warehouse operations and vending machine refilling for JustVend. This dual-role position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility to switch between warehouse duties and field refilling tasks as per operational needs.---

1.  Field Duty: Night shift  

Key Responsibilities :

This role will have night shift as per the requirement of the route

1. Warehouse Operations (Picking & Stock Handling)  

2. Pick and pack products accurately from the warehouse as per daily refilling schedules.

3. Ensure correct product handling, labeling, and stacking in crates along with refilling team

4. Maintain stock records and assist in regular inventory checks.

5. Support in loading/unloading stock and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

6. Follow Task Management system /  method to manage stock handling .

7. Vending Machine Refilling (Field Operations)

8. Travel on assigned routes along with drivers to refill vending machines according to the plan.

9. Ensure machines are fully stocked and organized.

10. Check stock usage, record refilled quantities, and return unused items.

11. Report any technical issues, shortages, or irregularities with machines.

12. Maintain accurate logs of daily refilling activities.

Requirements

1. Able to Read Write Englilsh

2. Able ti identify the packed goods company and quantity for refilling

3. Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes safely.

4. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

5. Basic knowledge of record-keeping (manual or digital).

6. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with night shifts.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
