Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Locating, picking, and scanning items from shelves using scanners or pick sheets.

• Packing: Sorting, inspecting, and packing products securely for shipment to prevent damage

• Labeling: Attaching shipping labels, barcodes, and inventory tags.

• Inventory Management: Stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting inventory counts.

• Safety & Maintenance: Following safety protocols, operating equipment (e.g., pallet jacks), and keeping the workspace clean.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for long periods.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading order forms, counting items, and checking for defects.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
