Responsibilities

• Executing daily outbound inspections to ensure good quality plants and products prior to packaging and dispatch.

• Managing and overseeing day-to-day outbound operations, including warehouse and retail store dispatches, in line with increasing daily volumes.

• Handling the complete outbound dispatch process for all customer orders, including order verification and generation of required dispatch documentation.

• Coordinating closely with the logistics team to prepare shipments and ensure smooth daily handover to transport partners.

• Ensuring zero breaches in fulfillment timelines and maintaining compliance across external e-commerce portals.

• Supporting the outbound team as dispatch volumes increase across warehouse and retail channels, ensuring operational continuity.

• Maintaining accurate records of daily outbound dispatches and sharing timely MIS/reports with management and relevant teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound operations, e-commerce order processing, warehouse dispatch, or a related logistics role.

• Prior experience working with a D2C brand is preferred.

• Educational or practical exposure to Agriculture, Horticulture, or plant-related fields is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel is an added advantage.

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and record management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
