Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Logistics)

Position: Customer Support Executiv

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: BBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (Mandatory) if you are fresher

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englis

- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support

- Follow company policies and service quality standards

Salary

Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand - 25,000 (Based on interview performance
