Charaavi Studio is a growing women’s fashion brand, and we are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Executive to manage our day-to-day order dispatch, shipment tracking, NDR management and customer coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are dispatched on time and successfully delivered to customers while continuously working to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and improve our delivery success rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily order dispatches

• Track all shipments from dispatch until final delivery

• Monitor In-Transit, Out for Delivery, NDR, Delayed and RTO shipments

• Take immediate action on NDR cases to prevent unnecessary RTO

• Raise tickets with courier/logistics partners for delayed or problematic shipments

• Follow up regularly with courier partners until issues are resolved

• Call customers for COD order confirmation

• Call customers for address, PIN code or contact-number verification when required

• Contact customers for NDR and failed-delivery cases

• Coordinate with customers on Out for Delivery (OFD) orders to ensure successful delivery

• Arrange and follow up on delivery re-attempts

• Identify fake/unresponsive COD orders before dispatch

• Maintain proper records of NDR, RTO, delivered and pending shipments

• Monitor courier performance and identify recurring delivery issues

• Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support teams

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for Delivery %, NDR %, RTO % and pending shipments

• Work towards continuously improving the brand’s successful delivery percentage

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
