Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules.

• Allocate vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements.

• Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time.

• Monitor dispatch progress and resolve operational issues.

• Coordinate with warehouses, hubs, and clients for smooth operations.

  Last Mile Delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery as per customer SLA.

  • Optimize delivery routes to reduce transit time and operating costs.

  • Monitor delivery status through GPS and tracking systems.

  • Handle delivery exceptions and customer escalations.

  • Improve delivery success rate and reduce failed deliveries.

    Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.

  • Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Fleet Utilization, Vehicle Idle Time, Trip Completion, Fuel Efficiency, and Cost per Delivery.

  • Maintain dispatch records and documentation.

  • Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
    Mandatory Candidate Requirement
    Candidates must have prior experience in Last Mile Delivery Operations.

    • Experience in managing dispatch, fleet operations, route planning, and delivery teams is mandatory.

    • Candidates should have worked with logistics, e-commerce, courier, express, or transportation companies handling last-mile deliveries.
