Logistics Manager

• All type Communication with our overseas buyers such as follow up for new order, payment, order confirmation and any other queries through email, telephone along with the chatting messenger like Skype, Whats app & Wechat etc.

• Taking care of End to End Air & Sea shipment.

• Daily wise reply to all emails which we have received from overseas buyers.

• Making Proforma Invoice and send it to our International Buyers for their order purposes.

• Sending Container Stuffing confirmation report to buyers and maintain records in excel sheet.

• Sending copy of original shipping document to buyers and maintain records in excel sheet.

• Follow up with the inspection agency and arrange the inspection for our export shipments.

• Daily wise update of payment sheet in excel sheet for our export transaction and maintain record in register also.

• Prepare the pre and post shipments documents for export.

• Follow up with CHA to file Custom Documentation on time, Transportation & Rail out of Containers as per Vessel Planning.

• Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation based on L/C and/or other credit terms.

• Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ministries.

• Complete paperwork for acquiring certifications/lab test reports for the required items.

• Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.

• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operations.

• Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same.

• Prepare and submit statistical reports to the management.

• Adjustment of FIRC which we have received the payment from our overseas buyer.

• Coordinate with bank and Send the documents to bank for generating EBRC on DGFT website.

• Complete all formalities of bank for the same

• Responsible for Filling the Official Documents.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
