Logistics Executive | Operations | 1–3 Yrs | Full-Time | Talegaon Dabhade

1. Ugaoo is a leading D2C gardening and green lifestyle brand with pan-India retail, e-commerce, and B2B operations.

2. We need a Logistics Executive to coordinate and track daily logistics operations across Intercity & Pan India.

3. Coordinate daily inbound vehicle placements for vendor purchases and timely warehouse unloading.

4. Manage vehicles for Purchase Returns (RTV/PR) and ensure smooth vendor handovers.

5. Track vehicle TAT, dock availability, and loading/unloading slots to avoid delays.

6. Coordinate First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile transportation across India.

7. Manage FTL vehicle movements for stores, warehouses, DCs, and B2B/e-commerce locations.

8. Coordinate with 3PL vendors and fleet partners for vehicle availability and in-transit tracking.

9. Handle appointment-based deliveries for Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon FC, Flipkart FC, etc.

10. Resolve gate rejections, appointment issues, detention, and delivery delays.

11. Track daily SLA/TAT compliance and monitor OTD, freight costs, and detention metrics.

12. Maintain logistics trackers and escalate breakdowns or transit issues promptly.

13. Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

14. Requires 1–3 yrs experience in logistics/supply chain, strong Excel skills, and multitasking ability.

15. Ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
