Manage Deliveries ;Material Inward & outword ; Mathadi Bargening Office Asset & Maintainence ( Purchase bills- Goods check with Quantity + MRP record in ragister & Tally) Sales bill ( Excel + Tally; ownership for GRN E Way Bill - Generation CDB Stock -control Daily scheduling deliveries & keep daily delivery report Major Roll play in delivery of goods with insructions- Goods collect from w/h with proper checking - MRP ; SN . Box Condition ; E- Way Bill Yearly & monthly stock tracking and keeping in place with team co-ordination. Plan Product Deliveries as per suggested site with proper count, s.n. checking, gate stamp, Recipient name and contact, signature Responsible to send timely sending transit insurance details to insurance company. Follow up with Ops & Sales Team for care pack & Software certificates Maintaining record of care pack & Software certificates in Excel and ragister Arrengement for outside deliveries on time Overall Team Respinsibility handle Event Management Co-ordination with distributor/Customer for billing & Deliveries. S.O.P Old stock liquidation Teams group creation for necessary follow ups Cusomer visit
