We are looking for a NDR Agent to join our team at at Avisa Healthcare.
Handle daily NDR (Non-Delivery Report) from courier partners.
Connect with customers via call to resolve delivery issues and re-attempt orders.
Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket etc.) for smooth delivery.
Work on reducing RTO and improving delivery ratio.
We are looking for a responsible person to handle NDR and logistics for our Ayurveda products. The candidate will be responsible for checking daily NDR reports from our courier partners and connecting with customers over calls to resolve their delivery issues and convert NDR into successful deliveries. You will also need to coordinate with courier companies to ensure our Ayurvedic orders are delivered on time and maintain proper reports to reduce RTO. The main goal is to increase our delivery percentage and provide a good delivery experience to our customers.
