Job Overview

FlexRoute Transport Solutions is looking for a proactive and responsible Last Mile Operations Executive to manage daily field operations, driver coordination, and client support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth last-mile delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day last-mile delivery activities.

● Handle driver onboarding, attendance, and daily driver management.

● Support driver hiring and maintain an adequate driver pool as per operational requirements.

● Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and roadworthiness.

● Visit client locations regularly to maintain strong business relationships and resolve operational issues.

● Monitor driver performance and ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.

● Work closely with clients, drivers, and internal teams to achieve service level targets.

● Prepare daily operational reports and update management on key performance metrics.

● Resolve field-level issues quickly to minimize delivery delays and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

● 1–3 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Logistics, Fleet Operations, or Supply Chain.

● Good communication and team management skills.

● Ability to handle drivers and coordinate field operations efficiently.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

● Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
