Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily last-mile store operations.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Coordinate with delivery riders for daily lineup and order allocation.
Track rider attendance, productivity, and performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement records.
Handle operational issues such as delays, shortages, and damages.
Prepare and share daily MIS and operational reports.

Job Summary:
The Store Executive – Last Mile is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations related to last-mile delivery. The role focuses on inventory control, order processing, rider coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders while maintaining compliance with company SOPs.
