Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laborers and workers
Allocate tasks and ensure manpower is used efficiently
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and productivity of labor staff
Ensure work is carried out according to company standards and project timelines
Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE
Identify and report unsafe practices, incidents, or hazards
Train new workers on job procedures and safety requirements
Coordinate with site engineers, managers, or contractors
Maintain discipline and resolve minor worker issues or conflicts
Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained
Prepare daily work reports and labor records
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Proven experience as a labor supervisor, foreman, or similar role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Good knowledge of safety regulations and work procedures
Ability to read basic plans or instructions (industry-dependent)
Physically fit and able to work on-site for extended hours
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in construction / manufacturing / logistics / industrial sites
Basic record-keeping or reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
