We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock, maintain inventory records, coordinate with vendors and dealers, and ensure smooth inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize stock materials properly
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
Coordinate with vendors for follow-ups and material management
Handle dealer communication professionally
Assist in stock movement, tracking, and reporting
Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions
Use computer systems for inventory management and data entry
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Ability to manage stock efficiently and maintain records
Prior experience in inventory/stock management is preferred
Experience working in an export company will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in inventory or stock management
Prior experience in an export-oriented company will be an added advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
