About the Company

SVA Couture Pvt. Ltd. is a premium fashion and couture brand known for its luxury ethnic and contemporary designs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage stock operations efficiently and support smooth business functioning.

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate inventory records and stock data.

· Monitor stock movement including inward and outward entries.

· Coordinate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams for inventory updates.

· Perform regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

· Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of products/materials.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

· Track damaged, defective, or returned items and maintain records.

· Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/software systems.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding stock requirements.

· Ensure stock availability to support timely production and dispatch operations.

· Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

· Follow company policies related to inventory and warehouse management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in inventory/store management preferred.

· Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills may also apply.

· Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in fashion, retail, apparel, or textile industry preferred.

· Understanding of stock management and warehouse operations.

· Basic reporting and data analysis skills.
