Purchase Executive – Starrbot Automation
Experience:0–5 years | Industry: Electronics / Electrical / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Purchase raw materials, electronic/electrical components, plastics, hardware and packaging materials.
Identify and develop new vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
Collect quotations, compare prices and negotiate best rates and payment terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
Handle vendor quality, delivery and shortage issues.
Maintain purchase records, vendor data and MIS reports.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma with relevant purchase experience.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/ERP.
Strong negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in electronics, LED lighting, automation or electrical products preferred.
Knowledge of components such as PCB, sensors, LED, wires, connectors and plastic parts is an advantage.
