Inventory Executive

Job Title: Executive – Inventory

Organization: DoctorC

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Role Objective

Manage day-to-day inventory, coordinate facility maintenance and handle basic invoice verification, Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

· Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory

· Conduct weekly physical stock counts

· Check expiry dates and remove near-expiry items (FEFO)

· Maintain simple stock register

2. Admin & Facility Coordination

· Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance work

· Maintain a service log and follow up with vendors until work is completed

· Manage office supplies

· Escalate major issues to the reporting manager

3. Basic Invoice Verification

· Verify that quantity mentioned on invoice matches quantity physically received

· Check that vendor name and date are correct

· Flag obvious errors (wrong amount, wrong quantity) to senior team

4. Basic Excel & Reporting

· Update stock entry in Excel

· Send daily stock summary to the team

· Track maintenance service requests

5. Vendor Coordination

· Communicate with local vendors for repairs and consumables

· Confirm basic delivery details (quantity received vs. ordered)

6. Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is must and Manageable English

Experience in cold storage is a big plus
