Job Description

We are hiring Inventory & Stock Executive for Indosurgicals Private Limited

Core Responsibilities

Stock Management: Managing inventory levels, conducting physical stock verification, and managing inward/outward movement.
Documentation & Accuracy: Maintaining detailed, accurate records of inventory transactions, preparing material reports, and reconciling stock discrepancies.
Supplier Coordination: Liaising with procurement and vendors for low-stock items and ensuring timely delivery.
Operational Control: Overseeing safe storage, proper identification of materials, and managing scrap disposal.
Inventory Accuracy: Conducting regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciling differences with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERPs.
