Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms
Handle import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, etc.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers and vendors for order processing
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery & clearance
Manage custom clearance coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent)
Maintain records of all import transactions and documentation
Follow up with vendors for order status, dispatch, and delays
Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
