Job Description

SEA FREIGHT EXPORT

1. Co ordination with Ocean Freight Line for Arrival notice .

2. Co ordination with Clearing agents at destination for clearance of shipments (Ocean ).

3. Sending Pre-Alerts at Destination for customs clearance and assisting in all documents required for clearance .

4. Securing Amazon Appointment for all FBA deliveries as per schedule of arrival of container .

5. Co ordination with Trucking Companies at destination for Delivery order and appointment schedule for delivery

6. Follow up with Agents and Trucking companies for Delivery and acquiring POD .

7. Updation to customers of shipment delay custom hold or any other issues at destination .

8. Follow up with Duty at destination and updating Accounts for billing of DDP shipments

9. Preparing additional paperwork for US customs in case like wooden shipments (Lacey Form and TSCA Certificate )

10. Co ordination with shipping agents at destination for delay in containers ETA schedule .

11. Co-ordination for LCL shipments with Co-loaders (STG) etc

12. Co-ordination with Airline Handling Agent at respective airport. Also for Payments ISC fee and pallet cost.
