Location – Andheri East

Roles & Responsibility -

Position Details - Import Coordinator

Manage end-to-end import operations including order processing, documentation, logistics, and customer coordination
Track shipments and vessel movements; provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams
Verify and manage all import documentation such as Invoice, Bill of Lading, and Letter of Credit
Coordinate with suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, sales teams, and customers for seamless clearance and delivery
Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with import procedures, including DPD and port operations

Please Note –

Working Days – Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Half Day)
Working Time – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
