Import & Logistics Officer
• Support internal departments (e.g. purchasing, sales, finance) with logistics-related queries and requirements.
• Negotiate shipping rates and manage logistics costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain and update import records, tracking systems, and databases.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import process, including shipping schedules, customs clearance, and delivery.
