We are hiring a Hub Supervisor at Zippee to manage delivery operations. The role involves hiring and managing riders, ensuring timely and safe deliveries, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage delivery riders

Ensure on-time and safe deliveries

Monitor attendance and performance

Handle customer issues and resolve complaints

Coordinate with store/warehouse teams

Maintain reports and service quality

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in logistics or team handling

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure

Basic knowledge of MS Excel
