Plan Manpower as per the tonnage.
Cross verification of stock received from FC should be done.
Monitoring loading patterns and ensuring minimal damages.
Looking after morning dispatch.
Tracking DH(Delivery Hero) performance and publishing hourly reports.
Post completion of all the trips goods verification should be done for both Customer returns and reattempt stocks.
Publishing hub closing report.
