We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team at Kambson Express & Logistics Pvt Ltd. This role involves supporting day-to-day fleet operations, vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, documentation, and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective fleet movement as part of the operations/supply chain department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, route planning, and dispatch coordination.

• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and movement to ensure timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with drivers for trip assignments, attendance, and performance tracking.

• Support maintenance scheduling, breakdown handling, and follow-ups with vendors/workshops.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of fleet documents such as RC, insurance, PUC, permits, and fitness certificates.

• Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs to support cost control initiatives.

• Prepare and update fleet-related reports and MIS on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma

• Experience: 2–5 years in fleet or logistics operations

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, fleet tracking systems).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
