Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance
Manage drivers (attendance, performance, discipline)
Track fuel usage, expenses, and cost control

Maintain records (RC, insurance, permits, PUC, etc.)
Handle breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations
