We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at at Be Green Associates. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly. 2–5 years experience in interior/joinery/furniture manufacturing

• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory

• Able to read and understand technical & joinery drawings

• Experience handling carpenters and factory workers

• Knowledge of wardrobes, cabinets, reception counters, wall panels, etc.

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Responsible for production, quality & timely completion

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
