Production Helper

We are looking for a Production Helper to join our manufacturing team at HVTI Private Limited. The role involves assisting with product assembly, fabrication, drilling, cutting, and other day-to-day production activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with hand tools and basic workshop machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly and manufacturing of electrical safety and testing equipment.

• Perform basic drilling, cutting, filing, grinding and fitting operations.

• Assist operators with drill machines, milling machines and other workshop equipment.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components as per instructions.

• Use basic hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, drills, measuring tools, etc.

• Support senior production staff in fabrication, finishing and product assembly.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the production area.

• Perform basic quality checks and ensure products are assembled correctly.

• Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or workshop work.

• Basic knowledge of product assembly and workshop tools.

• Experience with drilling, milling, cutting or similar operations will be preferred.

• ITI candidates with experience in Fitter, Machinist or similar trades are encouraged to apply.

• Should be physically fit, hardworking and willing to learn.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
