Position: Helper

Department: Industrial Automation / Installation

Experience: 0–2 years

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (ITI preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Support in mounting sensors, switches, PLC panels, VFDs, and control devices.
Help in loading, unloading, and shifting automation components at the site.
Assist in assembling and preparing materials for control panels and machines.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment.
Follow instructions during machine installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure proper safety practices during electrical and mechanical work.
Provide general support for workshop and site-based tasks.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical tools, wiring, and mechanical handling (preferred).
Willingness to learn industrial automation installation work.
Ability to work at multiple project sites.
Good physical stamina and a positive, disciplined attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
