Mail Room Executive – Job Description

Role Summary:
The Mail Room Executive is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and internal document distribution within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages

• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, parcels, and documents

• Maintain records of all courier and postal transactions

• Coordinate with courier vendors and track deliveries

• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of documents

• Handle confidential documents with care and discretion

• Support internal departments with document movement

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mail room

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Trustworthy and detail-oriented

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in mail handling or office support (preferred)

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
